Last year’s wonderful series of PechaKucha events at QO Amsterdam left us hungry for more, so we decided to come back in 2019! Join us on Wednesday 20th February for a night full of inspiration in 20 slides x 20 seconds. Listen to stories about cardboard homes for the homeless, BBQing with bricks, living a life without waste, and much much more. Tickets are €10 and €29 (including a two course meal at Persijn!).

During the Human Rights Weekend, PechaKucha Amsterdam works together with De Balie and Human Rights Watch for a special human rights themed PechaKucha edition. The event will be a platform for an inspirational exchange of ideas and projects related to something that connects us all — our rights.

On Wednesday 24 October, QO Amsterdam sets the stage for the last PechaKucha of 2018. The line-up is one to be proud of, with a variety of speakers who all give new meaning to “waste” — from washed-up jellyfish on the beach to chewing gum on the sidewalks of Amsterdam.
